Delivery & Returns

You will be informed when your order has been shipped via email with a dispatch period of 1-3 days is necessary during normal operations. Under busy periods this period may be extended to one week. If you reside in the United Kingdom, you order will be delivered within 1-2 working days after your order has been accepted by the courier. International shipments may take up to 14 days to arrive after the order has been accepted by the courier.

PRODUCT SUPPLY & DELIVERY

We are not responsible to inform you of any delays prior to you the customer ordering from our website. You may wish to end the contract with us and receive a refund provided the goods have not been delivered, contact information is provided on our website. You may be charged for further delivery/holding costs.

If you are unable to take delivery of the goods as you are not at the address at the time of delivery, you will be left with a note detailing how you may proceed to re-organise a delivery, collect the goods from the depot or local collection point.

If you fail to arrange a re-delivery or do not collect the goods from the applicable depot, we may contact you for further instructions where possible and you may be charged for further delivery/holding costs. In the event that our efforts are unsuccessful, or we are unable to contact you, we may end the contact with you.

You, as a customer have certain legal rights in the event that we have delivered your order outside of the delivery deadline. You may wish to end the contract immediately if the following circumstances apply:

  • We have refused to deliver the order
  • Delivery within the provided deadline was required (accounting for the relevant conditions)
  • You informed & had confirmation from us before your order was accepted that delivery within the deadline was required.

If however, you do not wish to end the contract immediately considering the aforementioned, or do not have the right to do so, you may wish to extend the delivery deadline provided it is within reason. You can then end the contract if we fail to meet the new deadline.

The responsibility for the order and the goods will become your responsibility once they have been delivered. Once payment for the items has been received, you will then own them.

We require certain information from you to complete and deliver the order. If this information is not supplied to us, we may contact you regarding this. If you give us incomplete or incorrect information we will either end the contract or require compensation for any work done.

In order to deal the following: – A technical error or technical updates – Update a product in accordance with relevant regulations and laws – Make required changes requested by you

If we delay or suspend the supply of products to you, you will be informed of the details unless an emergency. You may wish to end the contract with us if a product or order is suspended, or if you are informed of such circumstances.

The supply of products may be suspended in the event that you refuse to pay and do not make payment within 7 days of a reminder. You will be contacted regarding this.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

DUTIES AND TAXES

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

Boss Shot Ltd does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United Kingdom), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to the United Kingdom, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Boss Shot Ltd.

DELIVERY TIMING

Boss Shot Ltd does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery outside of the United Kingdom for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance and we will arrange it for you.

SHIPPING TERMS

Boss Shot Ltd is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.

Boss Shot Ltd cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Boss Shot Ltd is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.

RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. International postage is non-refundable and all sales are final. By placing an order on our website all international customers agree to these terms. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange for unopened items. We also can't offer an exchange or refund for any item containing nicotine. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, some health and personal care items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as listed below under "Return Process". Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@flavour-boss.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of postage, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
