What is your returns policy?
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange for unopened items. Additionally, we are unable to provide an exchange or refund for any item containing nicotine. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
