Graham’s Christmas Raffle Rules – Hosted partially on Facebook.com/groups/flavourboss

 

  • Facebook.com or any subsidies thereof, hold no control over any aspect of this raffle and they are not liable under any circumstances for any errors or issues pertaining to the raffle being held by Graham McKenzie.
  • The raffle is for over 18’s only. Anyone found to be underage trying to participate will be refunded and blocked via the appropriate channels.
  • The raffle is open to those over 18 as mentioned above, participants of the raffle can enter from any country, however, please ensure that it is legal for you to do so in your country. Both for entry in a raffle and also entry to win products of an e-cigarette/e-liquid varietal which may be banned in our country.
  • Winners outside of the UK Mainland may be responsible for additional costs in postage. Details of this will be passed onto winners if appropriate.
  • Raffle begins on 22nd November – Entry will be via a google form (Link – ) and payment for tickets will be via PayPal
  • PayPal payments for the raffle must be done via Friends & Family. Payments for Goods & Services will be refunded and you will not be contacted to let you know your entries are not valid.
  • Numbers are allocated for payment. Numbers for your entries will not be e-mailed to you and PMs requesting numbers will not be answered. An online spreadsheet will be posted for people to see their numbers.
  • Raffle ends on 5th December @ 5 pm. With the live draw happening via Facebook Live feed group on the Flavour Boss Group, linked at the top of this page.
  • All details supplied in the Google Form is data collected by Graham Mckenzie for the purpose of actioning the raffle and delivering the winnings to winners in the raffle.
  • All UK Mainland will be sent by DPD UK, your delivery address, name & email and/or mobile number will be given to DPD for the purposes of actioning your delivery.
  • International Winners will be sent via DHL or another courier dependant on costs. As stated previously International Winners may have to contribute towards postage costs, but, Graham will try his hardest to ensure that costs, if any, will be minimal.
