Eligibility for Returns:
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We may request visual evidence, such as photographs or videos, to validate the issue before proceeding with the return.
Incorrect Items:
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you, and you may be required to return the incorrect item using a prepaid shipping label provided by us.
Return Process:

You will be provided with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN), which must be included with the returned package for efficient processing.
Securely package the product and affix the RAN on the outside of the package.
Shipping Costs:
In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Flavour Boss / Boss Shot Ltd will cover the shipping costs for the return.
If the return is due to any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Non-Returnable Items:
Flavour concentrates and e-liquids are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons, except in the case of a defect or if we have sent you the item incorrectly.
International Refunds & Returns:
Refusal to Pay Duties and Taxes:
In the event that a customer refuses to pay import duties or taxes imposed by the customs authorities of their country, Flavour Boss holds no responsibility for the refusal. Any fees associated with duties or taxes will be deducted from the final refund value issued to the customer.
Return Postage:
Flavour Boss does not cover the cost of return postage for international customers. The responsibility for return shipping fees lies with the customer.
Insurance:
Flavour Boss does not provide any insurance coverage for loss or damage to parcels during the return process. Customers are encouraged to secure appropriate insurance for their returned items.
Outbound and Inbound Delivery Fees:
In instances where an issue arises that is not attributed to Flavour Boss, the company reserves the right to deduct any outbound and inbound delivery fees from the refund amount before processing. This includes but is not limited to issues unrelated to the product quality or fulfillment process.
Condition of Returned Items:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Refunds may be subject to deductions if items are returned in a condition that renders them unsuitable for resale.
