We take the health & safety of our customers and colleagues seriously and understand that these are worrying times for everyone. In response to the coronavirus outbreak, we are continually updating the measures being put in place surrounding delivery, returns and customer service.

Our website remains open for business and rest assured we are closely monitoring every development making sure everything we do is right for you, in line with government and World Health Organisation guidelines – plus we are also taking some steps ourselves to help things run smoothly during the COVID-19 outbreak.


Home delivery & collections are still currently available for orders placed online. However, we have made some changes to our warehouse and ways of working to protect our colleagues. Our teams are working in reduced numbers and preparing to send orders in line with strict hygiene processes in order to protect both themselves and our customers. As a result, orders are taking slightly longer to process and dispatch than normal. We thank you for your patience.

We are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and will make all necessary changes to safeguard our colleagues.


Our carriers are still delivering at present – although there may be some short delays in getting your orders to you due to circumstances. They have introduced several processes for contact free delivery to ensure safety for both driver & customers, including:

  • Customers can nominate a safe place for delivery, either through the UPS App or by selecting one from the checkout.
  • Customers who are self-isolating can leave a note on the front door telling the driver where to leave the parcel.
  • You will no longer be asked to sign for any parcels.

Due to fears about the spreading of the latest COVID-19 variant, travel links between the UK and several EU countries are suspended. Although, the ports have now opened, our carries are unable to take the freight due to waiting times (up to 7 days). This has had a direct impact on our European road freight and as a result UPS Standard & DHL Economy will be unavailable until further notice.
